시공성, 내압성을 개선한 제품으로 230 ℃ 까지 사용을 가능하게 하였습니다.

 


특징

①    새로운 용착시스템
PFA튜브Fitting에 삽입하여 Fitting외주에서 가열 용융 결합하는 「삽입 외주 용착을 개발, 기존의 But weld 용착방식에 비해서 용착면적이 넓고, 용착두께가 두껍기 때문에 기계적 강도가 개선되었습니다. 또한 삽입방식에 의해 Fitting과 튜브의 엇갈림이 일어나지 않습니다.

②    유체가 부드럽게 흐르는 평탄한 용착내면
기존의 But weld 타입에서 발생하는 내면의 돌기를 최대한 억제한 「Bead Free구조」를 실현하여 배관 내의 기포 발생이나 약액 잔류의 원인이 되는 배관 내의 단차나 간격을 최소로 줄여서 유체의 스트레스를 경감시켰다. 

③    확실한 용착
전용 전자동 용착기를 준비하고 있기 때문에 누구나 쉽게 버튼 하나로 확실한 용착이 가능합니다. 작업자에 의한 불균형이 없고 초보자도 안심하고 작업 할 수 있습니다. 또한 용착 지그에는 불소 가스 흡착 필터를 탑재하고 있습니다.

④    작은 공간에서의 작업 실현
용착기는 전원 공급 장치와 가열 헤드로 구성된 휴대 가능한 사이즈로 되어 있기 때문에 종래 어려웠던 장치 내의 용착 작업도 가능하게 되었습니다.

⑤    컴팩트한 구조와 경량화
70시리즈 피팅은 기존의 기계적 피팅에 비해 매우 컴팩트하게 설계되어 있으므로, 작은 공간에서 직접 배관작업이 가능하며 배관중량을 경감하도록 구현할 수 있습니다

[New weld system]

PFA tube is inserted into the fitting, and melted by heating from the periphery,"insertion, weld all around" developed. In comparison with conventional butt weld fittings, weld area is wide and thick, so improved mechanical strength. In addition, misalignment of the tube and fitting will not occur because the insertion method. 

[Flat weld inner surface that fluid flowing smoothly]
"Bead-free" is suppressing to the inner beads that occurs in the conventional butt weld fittings. Reduce stress to the fluid because kept to a minimum of steps and gaps in the pipe that is factors in bubbles and fluid reservoir. 

[Lightweight and compact]
70 series fittings are very small compared to conventional mechanical fittings, so you can achieve weight reduction of piping and plumbing integration in small spaces.

Flare치구

튜브를 확관시공 할 때 전용 도구가 필요합니다. 시공 방법은 아래의 2 가지 방법이 있습니다.

콜드 플레어 · · · 실온 상태로 실시 시공 방법 (레버 타입)
핫 플레어 · · · 가열 상태에서 실시 시공 방법 (간이핸드 타입)

레버 타입 · · · 레버 타입 치구는 지렛대의 원리를 응용하여 튜브를 플레어 가공하기 때문에, 누구라도 간편하게 또한 균일하게 시공 할 수 있습니다.

핸드 타입 · · · 핫 플레어 시공 전용 핸드 타입 지그입니다. 히트 건에서 튜브를 따뜻하게 튜브를 플레어 가공합니다. 튜브 길이가 짧은배관 및 작업 포인트가 적은 경우에 적합 합니다.

Flaring tool

Exclusive tools are essential to flare the tube for 60 series tube fittings. There are two ways to assemble. 
COLD Flaring...assemble in ambient temperature.(Lever Type) 
HOT Flaring...assemble after heating.(Lever or Handy Type)

Lever Type...Flare the tube I.D. by using the leverage. 
Handy Type...Exclusive handy type jig for HOT flaring. A handy type warms a tube for heat gun, and flare processes a tube. Suitable for the plumbing of short length tube and the fewer piping purpose.

링 삽입용 치구

 20 및 20A 시리즈 링를 튜브 내경에 삽입 하려면 링 삽입 전용 치구가 필요합니다. 링 삽입 치구는 레버 타입과 간이형 핸드 타입의 두 종류입니다. 또한, 20A 시리즈는 링을 삽입하기 전에 튜브 끝을 플레어에 플레어 부착물이 붙어 있습니다.

레버 타입 · · · 지렛대의 원리를 응용하여 튜브 내경에 링을 삽입하기 때문에, 누구라도 간편하게 또한 균일하게 시공 할 수 있습니다.

핸드 타입 · · · 히트 건에서 튜브를 따뜻하여 튜브 내경에 링을 삽입합니다. 튜브 길이가 짧은 배관용 및 작업 포인트가 적을 때 적합 합니다.

Fluorocarbon resin Tube Fittings 20,20A Series hasa unique construction in that the ring is insertedinside the tube. (Pat.Pend.) The tube expands due tothe ring as shown until the outside diameter of thetube exceeds the hole diameter of the nut preventingfrom a possibility of coming off. By tightening nut,the tube will be sandwiched between the taperedpart of the main body and the inside ring ensuringan excellent sealing effect. 20A Series is the sister model of 20 Series and theirapplicable tube size are φ3/8"-φ1". Though thebody and nut are interchangeable, the rings areslightly different from those of 20 Series in size andshape except the internal diameter. 20A Series can be used by only replacing the part ofthe insertion tool for 20 series (the ring attachment). This series has less fluid trapping than 20 Series.

 Ring Insertion tool

A special tool is required to insert a ring into the tube of fluorocarbon resin Tube Fitting 20,20A Series. There are two types of ring insertion tools, the standard lever type and the simplified handy type. 20A Series have a flare attachment to flare the tube end before inserting the ring. 
Lever Type...The lever type ring insertion tool permits easy even mounting of rings. 
Handy Type...The handy type ring insertion tool utilizes a heating gun to warm a tube and insert a ring into it. This model of the ring insertion tool is especially effective where short tubing is used or where work areas are limited.
